Excellent and professional service
I really love their professional and high-quality service. I booked the transfer from Manchester Airport to Liverpool in December 2020. The driver, Paul, is helpful and friendly. He arrived on time and waited outside the terminal where it was easy to locate. He helped me with the suitcase. I was very pleased. The car is really clean and comfortable. I was really happy about it. Also, customer service is great and professional. Fast and reliable. Highly recommended. I am definitely going to use the service again.
Perfect Private Transfer
I booked the transfer to Manchester Airport in Sept 2020.
The driver was professional and on time. I had plenty of space for my suitcases and I was very pleased. He helped me to unload them too.
The customer service during the booking and until the car transfer was excellent. I had to pay part of my transfer to secure my booking which was perfect for me. I received my invoice in my mailbox.
I booked again MMA Transfers from Manchester Airport – in October 2020.
Their customer service was equal to the previous time, they looked after me and responded to my queries in a very good timely manner. Is it good to know who you use for your transfer so you feel safe? The company is Covid compliant, the car was clean, and secured, and the driver was professional and on time. I trust them.

Absolutely brilliant!
Arriving in Manchester and in need of a transfer service to Worksop, we booked it through MMA and I couldn't be happier with the result!
The flight landed half an hour earlier than expected, and our driver had taken this into consideration and got there immediately after the flight's arrival.
On top of that, we had a 66-mile drive without a single moment of silence! The way the client is treated is fabulous, the vehicles are immaculate, extremely clean, and comfortable, and very strict measures of prevention due to COVID have been set in place.
This was a superb service that I most definitely recommend.

On-time, professional friendly drivers. took us from Wythenshawe to ribby hall village for a family holiday and all of us were impressed by how clean the 6-seater Mercedes was it smelt and look amazing, which was a big bonus considering some of the other local firms we have used before are disgusting and dirty so was a real joy for all. the drivers a so friendly and chatted all the way, loaded and unloaded all of our luggage at the destination, same great on the return journey, we will be using mma transfers from now on as none of the other firms we have used before have come close to the quality of customer service we received on this return trip. thank you and well.

Very refreshing customer service, the drivers actually care about the customers instead of the money or getting it over with as fast as possible. Very cool to see the owner take an active role in the company as well. Overall very nice and worth it. The vehicles are also always clean and comfortable in my experience.

Excellent long-distance transfer
Booked a long-distance transfer from MAN to Scotland for my 87-year-old mum returning to the UK. We were concerned about COVID restrictions but MMA was able to check and confirm no problem with the transfer and ensured proper protection for driver and passenger. The driver was at the airport upon arrival and provided excellent service on the long drive north. Really recommend their service and we will definitely be using them again for transfers to and from MAN.

Arrived on time. Smooth departure. Excellent communication with the company and driver, and the vehicle was spotless and extremely comfortable after a 7-hour flight. I will use MMA every time I need an airport transfer, highly recommend it.
Ride home from Cruise
Me my husband and two of my sisters and their husbands were let down by our taxi driver at the last minute after a very long plane journey by no fault of his own due to being very ill!! But luckily we had a few hours in Heathrow to contact MMA transfers to pick us up and take us home!! They gave us a very good rate and were there to pick us up in minutes!! Very friendly!! Would definitely use them again!!!! Thankyou from us all!!!!
