We guarantee that the driver will do his/her best to meet you. The driver will have your number and you will have his/hers. Please, keep your phone switched on.
Q. Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking with no charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
Q. What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Your flight will be monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated. Please note that the update to the new arrival time is subject to availability.
Q. Can I make changes to my booking?
You can make changes to your booking free of charge online, by email or by phone. For last minute changes please contact the Emergency contact number provided in your booking confirmation email.
Q. Can you guarantee that your driver will be at the airport on time?
Our drivers are always on time unless there are some unforeseen circumstances due to traffic or other situations which are out of our control.
